yup, the accent is terrible. quite obviously dutch. she even speaks some words in dutch instead of english.

for me its easier to do headstand than handstand.

after i do a headtsand the top part of my head cracks

well if its the headstands you’re after, you don’t have to worry. I am very unflexible, but I can do all sorts of headstands xD
wow…i can`t even get my head to the floor…i`m sooooo unflexible..:-(
I’m in advanced yoga. I can’t even climb up the wall and hold my torso in the air lol.. the chances of me doing this are nil.
Only hand/head stand and not headstand.
oh my gosh i did that in my yoga class at school its really easy
