  2. tristainw says:

im lucky and always been able to do it…it only comes naturally if youre hypermobile, a physio told me…

  3. DunstainChecksIn says:

The best way is to forget about Lotus pose for now, and work on your flexibility by doing other yoga poses. Buy Light on Yoga by Iyengar and follow his suggestions. make a habit of doing yoga once a day every day. After a year or two of patient, persistent practice, even the most unflexible person should be able to get lotus pose.

    easy…

I’d say that if one of your knees is not on the ground you can stretch it a little bit more.

  11. butoillin says:

same with me . I am middle age now and still doing it.

  12. mssarah0315 says:

When I was little I could do that, lol, now I think I still can but it’s painful…now I can barely sit down and cross my legs, haha, it’s getting better, though.

  13. nissanguy123 says:

hmmm … ideally the knees should be at the same level on the floor.

  14. morikahjo says:

I have always been able to do this, ever since i was litle. i’m a teenager now and can still do this because wheneve i sit down, my legs just curl up into half lotus without thinking of it.

  15. n4mel3ss says:

I used to be able to do this as a little boy, but now that i’m in my teens, i have to regain my flexibility

  16. chinguidinsky says:
