beautiful feet and soles!!! i love your feet…
im lucky and always been able to do it…it only comes naturally if youre hypermobile, a physio told me…
The best way is to forget about Lotus pose for now, and work on your flexibility by doing other yoga poses. Buy Light on Yoga by Iyengar and follow his suggestions. make a habit of doing yoga once a day every day. After a year or two of patient, persistent practice, even the most unflexible person should be able to get lotus pose.
easy…
your hips have to have the flexibity.
I cant even do a half lotus perfectly yet so i have a while to go.
I did it.
I’ve been trying for years though.
i wana do this but i cant cos it hurts when i try and get my leg to go that way.. anyone knwo how to ake yourself more flexable so i can do this or is it just as simpe as practising????
i can do that it prettty easy …
this is advande? yoga!
yay i dont eevn do yoga but i can do this
anyho is it bad to lift yourself while doing this coz i do. (coz its fun!!) should i stop!
I’d say that if one of your knees is not on the ground you can stretch it a little bit more.
same with me . I am middle age now and still doing it.
When I was little I could do that, lol, now I think I still can but it’s painful…now I can barely sit down and cross my legs, haha, it’s getting better, though.
hmmm … ideally the knees should be at the same level on the floor.
I have always been able to do this, ever since i was litle. i’m a teenager now and can still do this because wheneve i sit down, my legs just curl up into half lotus without thinking of it.
I used to be able to do this as a little boy, but now that i’m in my teens, i have to regain my flexibility
wow, i tried it and realized i am rusted lol couldn’t do it
cool
