I am at an intermediate level, and I want to learn more. I would like to learn on my own rather than by taking classes (I don’t even know if there are any advanced classes offered in my area).

    There is a great book called AshtangaYoga The Practice Manual by David Swenson. I’m not sure what type of yoga you practice but David Swenson is wonderful.

    I cant really answer your question to if there are any videos, books, etc. but what i can tell you is that if you go on line you might find something or you can look for places that teach yoga, “yoga classes”

    here is book that has been past from friend to friend and it relax does work 10 of us does it ever day for 20 Min’s a day.complete guide to Pilate’s yoga meditation stress relief. if this did not work i would not pas it on.

    If you are in India you will be able purchase Ramdevbaba’s book ,Video and look for his website on Google search.He regularly conducts classes in his Ashram.For all I know you may get them in your country too.He is fantastic.
