Will someone teach me how to breathe properly (yoga way).
Or if not, then graciously provide links for them; I only find unhelpful sites.
Thank you!

Superquick overview:
Yoga breathing involves nose breathing and locks.
The breathing part is simple, but backwards from what you might do normally. Breathe in through the nose while expanding your stomach/diaphragm. Push it out. Then breathe out through your nose while pulling the stomach/diaphragm in, like you are trying to push your belly button into your spine. Always breathe with your mouth closed.
There are three locks. They are a little more complicated and not every yoga instructor cares about them. The “root lock” is the most common and is kind of like doing kegels while maintaining the breath pattern above. You exhale and engage the pelvic floor, drawing it upwards towards your navel.
